It is a link on the Home page – way down the page – where the admin access, login, etc are. I hope you found it, eventually. Sorry if it was too hidden.

You should be able to edit your posts once they are saved. When you are done editing, and save your post change its status so its in the editing queue.

I must thank you for your contributions which have started to appear. Your comments appear after a short (or indefinite) delay as I generally do approve comments unless they appear to be spam. I am finding the site difficult to understand, ( my failings not the site) I seem to be on my own making comments so maybe I have misunderstood something. I think I am posting poems okay but most of the options are beyond my computer (or maybe wordpress) knowledge. will someone tell me if I make an error, comment on something I should,nt. I love reading the
poems so hope to stay and enjoy anyway. Regards Roan.

Thanks for posting and asking good questions. I never seem to realise if I am not being very clear!

On the site HOME page, there is a “Site Meta” section on the menu left hand side. This contains the Register/Login links and Site Admin (for posting). This may change as I upgrade the version of Word Press to 2.7 shortly (for the better, I believe).

Sign your poem normally. I make sure I put my name to my work as I want to assert that I own it. Copyright is the ability to say whether any other party can publish your work. It is a privilege to publish the works of others. One day I hope the google links start to return some cash – maybe will then offer prizes or something. Your own copyright notice is up to the individual. I prefer to say I own my own work – I would prefer to have a say in how it is used.

would be a copyright notice I would use on my poems.

The c in a circle is achieved by using a character sequence:

I have just joined the site, and posted a poem – I don’t understand the comment ‘an admin link should appear under Meta. Remember to sign your poems and place your own copyright notice on them.’ and trust that I have done the right thing.

How do I ’sign’ the poem, and what do you mean by ‘your own copyright notice’?

dear Editor
I have some family and friends who I have asked to comment on my work…if they are not a member, how can they do this…
also is there a limit to how many of my writings that I can submit to your site.
last but not least….I wanted to thank you for the editing you did to
some of my work..I liked it… thank you……RJS

The site seems a well run one.
The standard of writing is an encouragement to strive for clarity in one’s own writing.
I look forward to using it more frequently and to my time later this year when I will be ‘Auckland based’
